Chinese-English-Chinese Dictionary

The Chinese-English-Chinese Dictionary provides both the English explanation of Chinese words and the Chinese explanation of English words. With this feature, users can get the translation of a word more convenient in their daily life.

In case the vocabulary files of the Chinese-English-Chinese dictionary in your memory card have broken or you want to buy a new memory card without vocabulary files, you can download it via this page by PC according to your own requirement and install the files on your memory card.

Installation instruction Method 1: Use this method to install the Dictionary to the "Applications" Folder. Unzip the files to your designated folder. Connect the phone to your PC using the microUSB cable. Select the "PC Suite" mode. From PC Suite, select Install Applications. Select the file "Dictionary_N_240_320_TW.jar" and press the right arrow key within PC Suite to install. Method 2: Use this method to install the Dictionary to the "Gallery" Folder. Unzip the files to your designated folder. Connect the phone to your PC using the microUSB cable. Select "Data Storage" mode. Copy the two files to your phone.

After downloading, please unzip the files then copy the unzipped vocabulary files into the "Dictionary" folder of memory card by PC suite. (The specific path is "Nokia Phone Browser\The model of your product e.g. 6230\Your memory card name\Dictionary") If your memory card doesn't have the folder "Dictionary", please create it first. Note: Vocabulary files of every version have two files (CE and EC), please download them together then copy them to your memory card. The Chinese-English-Chinese dictionary will unavailable if you download only one part of the vocabulary files or download the unmatched files (e.g. the files with two different versions).
