Device software update

Use the Nokia Software Updater application to help you update your Nokia device software. Nokia Software Updater is compatible with most Nokia devices.

• Allows you to download and install the latest Nokia device software.
• Only needs to be downloaded once to your PC.

To avoid any data lost, it is recommended to backup your phone data before update. Nokia is not responsible for any loss of user data during or after the phone software update.

Before updating your Nokia PC Suite, you can use a tool to determine which software version is currently installed on your phone and see if there's a new version available.

If you have just updated your Nokia Software Updater, you may need to restart the PC after the installation is completed.

The latest version will be updated automatically during startup if the old version have been detected.
If encounter the error message, pls refer to troubleshooting No.31

Or go to "Add/Remove Program" to uninstall the NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATE and install the latest version.
