The service includes:

• Helping you backup your contacts, calendar, photos and music
• Demonstrating how to synchronize your handset with your PC
• Setting up and using your handset's Wi-Fi functionality
• Installing and configuring Nokia Maps
• Setting up and assessing email on your handset
